- To organize, form, and establish an organization to encourage future scientists, mathematicians, and engineers to enter their respective professional fields by awarding financial aid and assistance.
- To identify potential scientists, mathematicians, and engineers at the elementary, junior high school, high school, and college level and provide them information concerning the opportunities available within the given field of practice.
- To foster and advance interest, motivation and skills in science, math, and engineering.
- To foster an inter-disciplinary approach to the study of science, math and engineering.
- To provide a cadre of well-trained and high skilled scientists, mathematicians, and engineers.
- To endeavor to maintain high technical standards for persons engaged in the field of such science.
- To recognize and award outstanding achievements, discoveries, observations and projects by scientists, mathematicians, and engineers.
- To promote, foster and encourage scholastic achievement, educational excellence and intellectual advancement by establishing a scholarship fund.
- To aid, encourage, stimulate, foster and promote such educational activities through grants, scholarships, and financial assistance to students.
- To solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for said purposes.
- To raise funds and solicit donations from interested individuals, charitable and educational organizations, corporations, agencies and other interested institutions.
- To foster the purpose of this corporation in concert with governmental authorities, agencies and other scientific societies, and generally, to encourage and support tomorrow's scientists, mathematicians, and engineers by all available means and methods.
